Opening is a little odd but it makes sense to me once I got half way through the tune (I know that may sound weird).

I REALLY wish people didn’t demand their ears cut to shreds by a diamond saw these days. The mixing I mean. I would have enjoyed it way more if it wasn’t so incredibly bright over all and so compressed in the loud sections. I can hear the level drop every time the compressors really kick in. For a hardcore genre that'd be perfect but for something like this, I can't say I like that. That's really the only thing that kept it from 5 star for me. That’s not to say the production isn’t good. It is. Quite. What can I say, people like deafening preamp levels and the 3.5khz - 10khz band is the only thing left to boost, after you’ve leveled your limiters/ect.

This track is a good example of what some might call “cheep” melodies, used with incredible effectiveness. Very pretty. I think it goes passed that though and is legitimate beautiful at times. That middle section is what did it for me. I really appreciate the changes of tempo. Really adds to the emotional impact. I can see why this is sitting at the best of the year slot. Can’t say I’m not a little envious but you nailed that diamond sparkle thing. You really did. Cheers. :)

Onefin responds:

hey man! glad you liked the, uh, sparkle!

mixing is something i didn't know how to do and still don't entirely know how to do, but ive been working on it :) over a year ive stopped using the default limiter in fl so... progress? maybe?

beginning wasn't doing anything for me but opened up real nice after. Pretty sweet.

This is house? well I'm not a dub-step fan so I'm not crazy about that aspect but you do keep a lot of this pretty fresh. Cool track.

KaixoMusic responds:

Well, this isn't really House, but the genre that it is isn't on the list of genres that you can pick here on Newgrounds, it is actually Electro.

it's nice but a little too pop for me. Solid production though.

Ryzmik responds:

Well, each one has his own tastes, but Thanks! :D

This is kinda a love hate thing for me. I really like your choice of happy upbeat melodies. Like, a lot. At the same time I REALLY have reached burnout on the dub "fill in the type of step" step beat structure. That being said, this keeps it interesting enough I guess. Cool Track. I can see why this is popular.

Piano feels stiff but that's easily fixed. Nice guitar. Drums could use a little variety. Cool Track.

interesting. creepy. kinda reminds me of being dumped in a park tripping off your ass.

GeometryDashMau5Kids responds:

Muchas gracias, realmente queria tranquilizarme de las canciones con toques de espinas y querer volar la relajación. Gracias por tu crítica y qué tengas buenas noches, amigo! :)

Continue. tis cool.

Pretty unoffensive. Good for game use. I have no problem throwing a 5 at this.

lonce520 responds:

thanks :3
if you have any game can use this :3
just take it :3

Very nice indeed. What programs do you use to make your material?

AikaMusic responds:

Fl Studio. Then for synths I use Massive/Serum/Sylenth and Spire here and there. :P

I make music and sounds. I post mostly on newgrounds so people can use them in games and such. My full albums can be found on my home page below.
