Your warning labels would quickly be applied to things in ways that would be considered highly politically incorrect. No one likes smart people because smart people identify evil and danger WITHOUT the constraints of sociopolitical conditioning or institutionalized learning. That whole pesky "critical thinking" thing. Many people claim they want to preserve smart people but would be the first to label them "Nazi fill in the blanks" the moment smart people were allowed to speak the truth.

You want the world to smarten up but you don't want anyone thinking outside your box. Therefor the world will not smarten up. In the box thinking acts as a gate keeper, forbidding certain groups ever be criticized/blamed/exposed. Said groups are thus protected even when their villainy is blatant. In this way the world is oppressed and kept from ever "smartening up".
